From signup to your first ticket sale in minutes
Getting started with Kickets is fast and free. No contracts, no approval process.
Step-by-step setup
Create your organizer account
Sign up at Kickets and complete the onboarding wizard. Provide your company name, tax ID, and bank details for payouts.
Set your tax profile
Select your country and Kickets will auto-load the correct VAT rates. Set default rates for tickets, merch, and add-ons.
Create your first event
Add event name, date, venue, description, and a hero image. Set your event visibility and status.
Add products
Configure ticket types (single-day, multi-day, VIP), set prices including VAT, inventory limits, and sales windows.
Publish & share
Set the event to 'published' and share your event page link. Tickets are immediately available for purchase.
Track sales
Monitor real-time sales from your organizer dashboard. Set up weekly email reports to stay informed.
Event day
On event day, use the Kickets scanner to validate tickets at the gate:
- Open the scanner page on any smartphone — no app download needed
- Create scanner codes for each gate with optional product filtering
- Scan QR codes to validate tickets in real time
- Pre-fetch the ticket manifest for offline scanning support
- Monitor check-in progress from the organizer dashboard
After the event
Once your event is complete, Kickets generates a full settlement report including gross revenue, commission, VAT breakdowns, and your net payout. Download it as a PDF for your records and accounting.
