Kickets Ticketing Oy (Business ID 3148331-6), a company registered in Finland ("Kickets", "we", "us"), is the data controller for personal data processed through the Kickets ticketing platform. For event-specific data, the event organizer may act as an independent or joint controller.

2. Data we process

We process the personal data you provide when you create an account, buy a ticket, or contact us — such as your name, email address, order details, and, where applicable, billing information. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our systems. A detailed list of data categories will be confirmed here following legal review.

3. Why we process it

We process personal data to fulfil ticket orders, deliver tickets, provide customer support, meet legal and accounting obligations, and — only with your consent — send marketing communications. The specific legal bases under the GDPR will be confirmed here following legal review.

4. Sharing and processors

We share personal data with service providers who process it on our behalf — for example payment processing, hosting, and email delivery — and with the event organizer whose event you purchase from. The complete list of processors and any transfers outside the EU/EEA will be confirmed here following legal review.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal retention obligations (for example accounting records). Specific retention periods will be confirmed here following legal review.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In Finland this is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto).
