Terms & Conditions

1. General

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Kickets ticketing platform operated by Kickets Ticketing Oy (Business ID: 3148331-6), a company registered in Finland ("Kickets", "we", "us").

By purchasing a ticket through Kickets, you agree to these Terms. Kickets acts solely as a ticket intermediary between the event organizer ("Organizer") and the ticket buyer ("Customer").

2. Ticket Purchase

All ticket prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. A service fee may apply and will be clearly displayed before payment. Once a purchase is confirmed, the Customer will receive an electronic ticket via email and through the My Kickets dashboard.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Tickets purchased through Kickets are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the event is cancelled by the Organizer. In case of cancellation, refunds are processed automatically to the original payment method. The Organizer's specific refund policy, if any, is displayed on the event page and takes precedence.

4. Event Entry

Tickets must be presented at the venue — digitally (via the app, email, or wallet pass) or as a printed copy. Each ticket contains a unique QR code and can only be scanned once. Kickets is not responsible for denied entry due to duplicate, fraudulent, or resold tickets.

5. Liability

Kickets acts as an intermediary and is not the organizer of the event. The Organizer is solely responsible for the event, including its content, safety, and any changes or cancellations. Kickets' liability is limited to the ticket price paid by the Customer.

6. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Customer data is used solely for order fulfillment, customer support, and — with consent — marketing communications. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
