Kickets Affiliate Program Terms

1. Roles and Structure

Kickets Ticketing Oy ("Kickets") operates a platform that enables event organizers ("Organizer") to run affiliate programs for their events.

• The Organizer defines the affiliate offer (including commission amounts).
• The Affiliate promotes the event.
• Kickets acts solely as a technical platform and intermediary facilitating tracking, reporting, and payout processing.

Kickets is not the seller of tickets and is not the economic counterparty for affiliate commissions.

2. How the Program Works

• Each Affiliate receives a unique referral link.
• When a customer purchases tickets using that link, the sale is tracked via Kickets systems.
• Eligible sales generate commission based on the Organizer's defined terms.

Attribution is determined using Kickets tracking systems (e.g. referral link, session data).

3. Commission (Kickback)

• Commission is defined per event by the Organizer.
• Commission is earned per valid ticket sold through the Affiliate's link.
• Only completed and paid transactions qualify.

The following are excluded:

• Cancelled orders
• Refunded tickets
• Fraudulent or invalid transactions

Kickets calculates and reports commissions but does not set commission levels.

4. Payouts

• Commission payments are the responsibility of the Organizer.
• Kickets may facilitate payout processing on behalf of the Organizer, but does not assume any payment obligation toward Affiliates.

Payout conditions:

• Paid only after the event has taken place.
• Subject to Organizer settlement timing.
• Requires valid payout details (e.g. IBAN).

If payout details are missing, payments are delayed.

5. Refunds and Adjustments

If a ticket is refunded:

• The related commission is reversed (clawback).
• Adjustments are applied before payout or deducted from future earnings.

6. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates must:

• Promote events truthfully and responsibly.
• Use only their assigned referral links.
• Comply with applicable laws (including marketing disclosure rules).
• Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required.

7. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

• Purchase through their own referral link to generate commission.
• Use misleading or deceptive marketing.
• Send spam or automated promotions.
• Run paid ads using Kickets or Organizer branding without permission.
• Impersonate the Organizer or Kickets.

Violations may result in:

• Commission cancellation
• Account suspension
• Removal from the program

8. Attribution Rules

• Attribution is determined by Kickets systems.
• If multiple affiliates are involved, Kickets determines the valid attribution.
• Attribution decisions are final.

9. Taxes

• Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations.
• Kickets and the Organizer do not provide tax advice.

10. Platform Role and Liability

• Kickets provides tracking, reporting, and payment facilitation tools.
• Kickets does not guarantee:

• Sales volume
• Commission earnings
• Continuous system availability

All economic terms of the affiliate relationship are defined by the Organizer.

Organizer Responsibility

The Organizer is solely responsible for:

• Defining commission amounts
• Funding affiliate payouts
• Fulfilling event-related obligations

Kickets is not responsible for Organizer performance, payments, or event execution.

11. Changes to the Program

• The Organizer may modify commission structures for their events.
• Kickets may update platform rules, tracking logic, or these terms of service.

12. Termination

Kickets may suspend or terminate participation in the affiliate program in cases of:

• Fraud or abuse.
• Violation of these terms.
• Misuse of the platform.

Unpaid commissions may be withheld where justified.
