Refund Policy
This page summarizes the refund terms from our Terms & Conditions and is a provisional draft pending legal review. Where it differs from the Terms & Conditions or an organizer's own stated policy, those take precedence.
1. General
Kickets acts as a ticket intermediary between the event organizer and the ticket buyer. Tickets purchased through Kickets are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
2. Event cancellation
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, refunds are processed automatically to the original payment method. You do not need to request them separately.
3. Organizer policies
An organizer may offer a more specific refund policy for their event. Where one exists, it is displayed on the event page and takes precedence over this general policy.
4. Service fees
The treatment of service fees on refunds will be confirmed here following legal review.
